Design Critique - goibibo
goibibo is one of India’s popular travel apps available on Android, iOS, and web. Try out the app in a platform of your choice, easier if you were already a user. Figure out two points each for features which delighted you and you think could be improved
Things I liked
Recent Searches and Push notification
I loved the fact that I get all the searches I made earlier at home page and continue it from where I dropped, the Best part is the moment I leave the app I got push notification for the same search with a promo code..bring back the customer..Loved it

Chat with someone who already booked hotel room
Another thing which really kicked me was, the option to chat with a person who already stayed in a room, reviews are common but a chance to have talk who stayed gave ratings.
Gives a trust factor
Sales icons placed nicely on priority.
It's good to see the top section not cluttered and easy to find since this area with too much data could have been a nightmare.
Communication is to the point
Being not a user of the app also, im able to navigate through the tabs easily without any inconcenience
Could have been better
Busy Home Page
Once you come down for the top bar then it becomes too cluttered and something you don't want to read. too many colors used, could have portraited little more cleanly
Form Page Looks Empty and Outadated
Any booking form page after the home page, seems little empty outdated when you suddenly come from a page fully packed. Could have given some recommendationss based on the category they are in
Sometimes really dont know where to click
Train booking seems to be little tricky compared to others. I book train tickets frequently, i felt IRCTC app is much more easier to use than this.
